Who we are
DG Roofing & Exteriors LTD. is a roofing and exteriors contractor in Calgary, Alberta. This policy covers dgroofing.ca. The instant estimate at quote.dgroofing.ca has its own policy.
What we collect
When you send the contact form: your name, phone number and, if you give them, your email, property address, the service you picked and your message.
How we use it
To contact you about your request, book an estimate and prepare a quote. We do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies and ads
If you arrive from an ad or a link from another site, we keep a note of where you came from in a cookie on your device for up to 90 days. If you send a request, the note goes with it, so we know which ads bring in work. It is not used for anything else.
Where it is kept
Requests are saved in our customer database (Supabase) and sent to us by email through our email provider (Resend). Both may store data outside Canada.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by calling 403-616-2605.
